Affitto Lignano di Peruch Francesco informs you, in your capacity as interested party, that his personal data (the "Data") will be treated as follows:

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 - Privacy Code, relating to the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of Personal Data, the processing of information concerning you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and Your rights. "Processing" of Personal Data "means any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise authorized means, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, the modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data referring to public or private subjects.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

We wish to inform you that the data collected through the use of different types of forms (information request forms, contact forms, reporting forms, forms for printing personalization) are summarized below in a non-exhaustive manner: surname, name, reason company, sector of activity and application, address, telephone numbers, fax, e-mail, comments and requests, are used for the treatments required by law and for the following purposes:

  • to carry out statistical and market studies and research;
  • send promotional and informative material;
  • carry out direct sales or placement activities;
  • send commercial information;
  • detection of the degree of satisfaction;
  • invitations to information or promotional events.
METHOD OF TREATMENT - IN CHARGE

The Data will be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools, and stored both on IT media and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the Minimum Security Measures pursuant to the Technical Regulations Annex "B" to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003. The Data may be processed, on behalf of the Company, by employees, professionals or companies, appointed to carry out specific processing services or activities complementary to those of the Company, or necessary for the execution of the Company's operations and services. The Data Controller of your personal data is Affitto Lignano di Peruch Francesco. The person in charge of data processing is Mr. Peruch owner of Affitto Lignano di Peruch Francesco.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA

In consideration of the existence of telematic, computer or correspondence links, the Data may be made available abroad, even outside the countries belonging to the European Union and may be communicated to:

  1. employees of the Company not specifically appointed;
  2. companies or other subjects that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Company.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

(Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003) At any time you can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 7, which for your convenience we reproduce in full:

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. companies or other subjects that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Company.
    1. of the source of the personal data;
    2. of the purposes and methods of the processing;
    3. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
